ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") sets forth the rules and guidelines for using the Mindly Platform (“Platformˮ). By accessing or using our services, Clients agree to comply with this Policy. Failure to adhere may result in restricted access, account termination, or legal consequences.
All definitions and terminology used in this Policy are aligned with those outlined in General Terms and Conditions, ensuring consistency and clarity.
1. COMPLIANCE WITH LAW
1.1. Clients of the Platform must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations when using the Platform and its Services.
2. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
2.1. Clients of the Platform must not engage in:
2.1.1. Violating any law, statute, ordinance or regulation or third-party rights, including intellectual property and data privacy laws.
2.1.2. Harassment, defamation, hate speech, or any discriminatory or abusive behaviour.
2.1.3. Impersonation, false representations, or use of the Platform for fraudulent activities.
2.1.4. Uploading, sharing, or distributing malicious software, harmful files, or inappropriate content.
2.1.5. Gaining or attempting to gain unauthorised access to systems, data, or user accounts.
2.1.6. Clients must respect the privacy of others by not collecting, storing, or sharing personal data without explicit consent.
2.1.7. Promote explicit or obscene content not directly aligned with Mindlyʼs goals.
2.1.8. Involve or promote products or services that are illegal or subject to significant regulatory restrictions.
3. USE OF SERVICE
3.1. Therapists must provide services within the scope of their professional qualifications and adhere to ethical and legal standards. Misrepresentation of qualifications or offering services outside one's expertise is prohibited.
3.2. It is strictly prohibited for Therapists to provide sessions or attempt to manage situations that involve Patients experiencing emergencies.
3.3. Patients must use the Platform for genuine purposes of receiving therapy or related services. Using the Platform to otherwise exploit Therapists is strictly forbidden.
3.4. Clients must not engage in excessive or disruptive usage that could impact the availability of the Platform for others.
4. PAYMENT AND FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
4.1. All payments processed through the Platform must comply with applicable financial regulations, law and General Terms and Conditions.
4.2. Clients are prohibited from engaging in chargeback fraud, unapproved payment reversals, or any activity that undermines the integrity of payment systems.
5. SECURITY AND PLATFORM INTEGRITY
5.1. To maintain the integrity and security of the Platform, Clients must:
5.1.1. Use only authorised access credentials;
5.1.2. Refrain from introducing harmful software, scripts, or tools that could damage the Platform;
5.1.3. Report any vulnerabilities or breaches promptly to Mindlyʼs support team.
6. AMENDMENTS
6.1. Mindly reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes agreement to the revised terms.
